IFG Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 18 January, 2026.

These Event Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in International Fashion Gateway (IFG) exhibitions, expos, conferences, and related events (the “Event”). By submitting an online inquiry, registering, exhibiting, sponsoring, or attending an IFG Event, you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope of the Event

These Terms apply to all visitors, exhibitors, sponsors, partners, speakers, and delegates participating in any IFG Event organized in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

2. Online Registration & Inquiries

  • Online submission of forms is required for inquiries, registrations, and applications

  • Submission does not guarantee approval or participation

  • IFG reserves the right to approve, reject, or cancel any registration

  • Badges and passes are non-transferable

3. Fees, Payments & Refunds

  • All event-related fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing

  • IFG may revise packages, pricing, or inclusions

  • Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation

4. Exhibitor & Sponsor Responsibilities

  • Participation must align with the approved category

  • Booth setup and displays must comply with IFG and venue guidelines

  • Unsafe, offensive, or unlawful materials are prohibited

5. Intellectual Property

  • IFG retains all rights to the Event name, logo, branding, and materials

  • Participants retain ownership of their own trademarks and content

  • Use of IFG branding requires prior written consent

6. Photography, Video & Media

By attending the Event, you grant IFG permission to capture and use photographs, video, and audio recordings for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes without compensation.

7. Code of Conduct

All participants must behave professionally and respectfully. IFG reserves the right to remove any individual or exhibitor whose conduct disrupts the Event.

8. Event Changes or Cancellation

IFG may modify the Event schedule, venue, format, or content due to circumstances beyond its control. IFG shall not be liable for resulting losses.

9. Limitation of Liability

IFG shall not be responsible for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to property during the Event, except as required by applicable law.

10. Indemnification

Participants agree to indemnify and hold IFG harmless from claims arising from their participation, materials, or conduct.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
